When troubleshooting complex Cycle issues often times the most valuable piece of information that can be provided is the Verbose log file.
Luckily creating a Verbose log file is easy!
Step 1: From the Cycle client menu bar select Edit -> Preferences
The Application Preferences window will open.
Step 2: If unchecked, check the Verbose log files option.
Step 3: Perform the action throwing the Cycle error
The log file can be found at:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Cycle\logs\cycle.log
NOTE: AppData is a hidden folder by default in Windows that will need to be shown to access.

Step 4: Deliver cycle.log
This file can be attached to a Cycle Support ticket, an email, an IM client or by any means to deliver the file for troubleshooting.
